Development and integration of an e-commerce solution on Shopify for a luxury tapestry shop

Our web agency was commissioned to design, develop and integrate a tailor-made e-commerce solution for a client specializing in luxury upholstery. The objective was to create an attractive, functional website adapted to the specific needs of the client and its BtoB customers.

Project stages:

1. User Experience (UX) Design: Our team worked closely with the client to define specific user needs and design an intuitive and effective user experience.

2. Creation of graphic boards: We have developed graphic boards to define the aesthetics and the general appearance of the site, in accordance with the brand identity and the expectations of the client.

3. Integration of a new theme: Our agency has selected and integrated a Shopify theme adapted to the requirements of the project and the luxury upholstery sector.

4. Development of product pages: We created interactive product pages including an image cropper allowing customers to personalize their products and order custom parts. A quote form has also been added to facilitate personalized quote requests.

5. Redesign of the registration form: We have redesigned the registration form to offer a BtoB route, with a display of rates excluding tax and price lists adapted to the needs of professional customers.

6. Creation of a dedicated application: In order to facilitate the management of orders and the integration with the client's existing systems, we have developed a dedicated application allowing the connection with their ERP and offering other functionalities specific to their activity.

Results: Thanks to this collaboration, our client now has a tailor-made e-commerce solution, adapted to its sector of activity and meeting the needs of its BtoB customers. The website offers an optimal user experience and personalized features to facilitate navigation, product customization and order management.
